We need someone with experience to review the code in detail (about 1500 lines of code) in order to find defects that could cause these failures or other possible ones.

We would like to receive a report showing what has been assessed (checklist?, ...) and results.

the service decaptcher dot comif you are not familer with the service and you can download the API(Vb.Net) I am guessing the 64 bit because I do run a 64 bit XP and VS2008 is on that comp. But I also have VS2008 on a 32 bit system as well. Not sure about that.
