Photo App for Iphone/Ipad & Android

I am a photographer and am looking for a developer to create a photo gallery app for iPhone/iPad/Android app with the pictures I have. Future updates to the app and future projects will also be so a long-term work relationship is desired. Here is a brief description of tasks and requirements:
1. App is geared towards displaying and saving the pictures from a database stored online and should be very simple to create if you know what you are doing.
2. I can provide task flow of app and will help with the interface design and screen shots, as I am a graphic designer.
3. Full payment will only be released (paid) when the app is on the official App store.
4. Developer must have an open line of communication through email and instant messaging (phone access is a plus).
5. Developer must be willing to agree to a confidentiality agreement.
I look forward to have a fun filled work.

The program would do very much what Excell is doing. It would be more user friendly taking the user step by step through the screens to set up testing forms. Results can be displayed in the format of tables and graphs. Mowing between the screens, would be more intuitive. The application would be compatible with Excell.

Simple app for iOS and Android

I also need to make sure that the app does not let the mobile device go into sleep mode while the app is running, but does need to sleep when the app is closed. One last thing, if it is not too difficult, I would like to have a slider that allows the user to change the screen brightness.
