Redesign of Android App site home page Needed

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to look at my project.
I have an Android app website built on Joomla! that is in desperate need of a home page redesign. Of course, in Joomla!, options are limited and I am not looking for a site redesign as all of the tabs on the left and top don't need to be touched.
I'm in need of someone to work on the home page content- currently, I just have a bunch of text, which obviously isn't ideal- and work on getting some great images in there with the text and in the end, make it a much more appealing home page. I want to make the visitors of my site excited to look further into my site.
There are a few competitors who choose to do this differently and I'm really not opposed to any different method- again, I just want it to look great and have it be an appealing and useful page for the visitors.
If you could let me know how much and how long it will take you to do this, along with some examples of your work to help me make my decision, that would be great.
