US Writer needed ASAP, Diff. niches, $ 1.50/500 word articles

I am looking for writers with experience who can write on any topics given to them. This project is for 20 articles at $ 1.50/article for 500 words. 10 articles are due within 24 hours upon accepting bid, the other 10 are due 24 hours after the first batch is completed and submitted to me. TOTAL BUDGET IS $ 30 FOR THE PROJECT SO PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. I plan to hire more than one writer for this project as I have a ton of articles that need to be written.
The writers I am looking to award this project to should meet the following guidelines:
1. Must be a native English speaker preferrably from the US or Canada but any other country is fine as long as your English grammar is FLAWLESS
2. Must have flawless English grammar
3. Must be able to produce at least 10 or more high quality articles for me on a daily basis with little to no grammatical errors.
4. All articles must be able to pass copyscape and UOP Plagiarism Detector.
5. Must be willing to work for the rates listed below:
200-300 words: $ 0.75/article
300-450 words: $ 1.25/article
450-600 words: $ 1.50/article
Pay will increase upon the quality of content and if you are able to meet deadlines or have been consistent in sending me high quality articles that pass copyscape with no grammar issues before the deadline. Pay increase can potentially be anywhere from $ 0.50/article up to $ 1.50/article IN ADDITION to the rates mentioned above. If you are not willing to work for this rate please do not bid as these rates are non-negotiable.
6. Payment will be made either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the details of the project.
I am looking to build a strong team and to add on to our already strong team of writers from the US (I have no writers from Canada as of yet but if you can write in native English producing high quality articles then you will be hired). I know that everyone on here doesn't go through GAF all the time to receive payment for past projects hence having no feedback. I am encouraging and welcoming those with and without feedback to place a bid. I will be choosing a winning bidder TODAY and you must be available to start TODAY.
Upon sending me the articles I will hold all legal rights and copyrights to the articles and they cannot be used elsewhere. I prefer that they are not used as a sample for other projects here on GAF as you never know if the person is going to take the article and attempt to publish your work without your knowledge. Please respect this legal right.
Payment will be made via GAF or paypal. I will have a generic invoice template for my writers to use to send me their weekly assignments. If any of the guidelines mentioned above are not met, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID. I put this in caps because I have issues in the past with freelancers who write crappy articles that are plagiarized or are just really bad or they abandon a project after submitting a few articles and expect paymnet. This is not tolerable. If you can't complete a project please let me know although I don't look too highly upon those that will not accept any type of assignment that is given to them...it helps you become more diverse in your writing skills.

Please I don't want writers from any Indian country - Bangladesh, India and so forth. No offense but I had to deal with crappy English all through out in my last project. It took me time just having to get the writers to rewrite in proper grammatical forms.
