This is a very simple project. I need a "contact form" facebook app (see attachement).
App users can simple set up their E-Mail adress in the "edit Application" menue. The form will send the input direct to this email adress.

A Simple Facebook App
A simple facebook app , basically a registration system where with the permission , a user will have to enter a unique code which will be present on our database.now even after registration , the user can enter unique code but it will add to their points.and a simple backend which will list all the user who registered on our app , and a unique ID generated from the information they provided.

That is all the app will do. This will need to have a perl backend and a php front end. The reasoning behind the perl back-end is that if this is used by a lot of people I don't want to put a lot of strain on the php server and I think that a lot of the checking of the DB could be done with perl in order to take a load off of the php server.
