PSD Design for a Rest In Peace memorial kind of web site

Hi,
I have to resubmit this project. I already paid a freelancer for the design and he couldn't make a good design so ONLY PROFESSIONALS should apply this time.
I need PSD design for the two pages and a logo. That are Home page and RIP memorial page. For reference websites one can see the below sites.
I must need a better design than the below sites.

Also attached the wire frame for the homepage. "The attached design is not necessarily be taken as my desired design."
The logo is needed for "Rest In Peace Book" kind of concept.
Use graphics/photos relevant to the theme. May use photo/graphics for the header etc.
A little info about the website:
This website is about creating and viewing Rest In Peace (R.I.P) memorial pages.
User can create a RIP memorial page for a person/incident and then other users may leave gifts, lit candles, add comments etc to that RIP page.
The design must be attractive, simple, lively, relevant to the concept and user-friendly. I want white background but for the headers other color combination can be used.
Home page may show the Special RIP memorial slide bar. Also a few Featured RIPs, Recently Given gifts and Recently Candles lit RIP memorial will be displayed on the home page.
RIP memorial page should display a photo of the expired person and also some details about it (e.g. a title, name, details, birthdate, expiredate etc) that had been entered by the page creator. The page should show the recently added gifts/candles, tributes etc.
There should be possibility of adding comments, leaving gifts after choosing from categories and lit candles.
There will be two milestone payments. First for the home page and 2nd for the RIP page.
The work should be completed ASAP. The work may be extended to create HTML/CSS with extra payment if good design is provided.

We need a front page and an "inside" page which we will use for content.
The design must be fresh, clean and sharp, with good use of graphics to emphasis key points.
