Data Entry/HTML Editing for website

Summary: New website is built - we just need someone to (a) transfer the text entries from our old website to the new website and (b) clean up some HTML at the back.
The bulk of this job involves online data entry (the bulk of it is data transfer) - all in English (involves inputting around 2,000 legal decisions) from our our website to this new one. Decisions average around 3,000-7,000 words but vary - some very short, some very long.
Transfer involves some original data entry that cannot be copied across. Most of it will involve lot basic copy/paste but then all transferred text will need to be checked - there will be reformatting of text required.
The smaller part of the job involves some very basic HTML work in the back of the site, cleaning up design, fixing pull-downs etc.
Seeking someone with an eye for detail. Work can be completed any time.
