Lite PHP, MySQL and Web Design of Classified Ad Site Needed

What I need or require:
I need a small amount of PHP customization programming done which involves a commercially purchased classified ad script. This is also a CSS style customization job as well.
What I already have versus what the provider will build:
Basic website is already setup with database functionality. Site is utilizing a commercially available PHP classified ad script. Logo has already been created. Provider will need to do a small amount of PHP programming on public side as well as admin side. Most features of the predefined script will needed to be removed/commented out. Also need design created for the site. That will involve 'rearranging' some of the elements on the pages a bit.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
This site will be dealing with adult material subject matter so if you are not comfortable with that, please do not reply. In terms of design style, I want a very minimal yet elegant and sexy design look. I have basic wireframes of the site's main pages so it will assist in communicating the design layout and customized programming desired.

Timeframe for delivery:
