We are seeking the use of an Email Server (SMTP), ideally a long-term email server partner/provider, who can provide smtp servers capable of sending out 5000-10000 emails/per day and most importantly not be in any danger of getting shut down or blacklisted. We have bulk email sending software to use and our own lists so all we really need is an email sending server (SMTP) able to host multiple ip addresses (at least 5 ip's). We are not concerned with how the lists have to be broken up, but more over, how many batches your email server will allow without blacklisting.
We will need to test the server by using our software to confirm everything is in working order, etc.
To confirm, YOUR BID shall be the TOTAL cost of one month use of SMTP server capable of sending out 5000-10000 emails/per day

e store lists on the email server and just pass a listId? But also be able to just pass a few recipients in a delimited string in the format - "Name" <emailAddress> - or something similar?
