Audio to Text Conversion - Manual type or Software

I have 4/5 hours of audio books that I need converted on to word. I have looked at audio to text conversion software - but think it might be easier to hand it to someone to has more knowledge.
I am happy to take quotes from those with successful application of audio to text software or those who can type 4/5 hours of audio file out manually (although this may be time consuming given budget - there are about five hours of spoken word at 140 word per minute so probably 40,000 word of typing so could take a skilled typist up to eight hours to complete.
This is likely to be an ongoing project every week for the forseeable future - as I have dozen of audio files which need to be converted into word documents so that they can be printed.

We have 2 audio interviews - 40 mins each in english and we need them converted into text (transcription) so that we can put them up on our website.

audio is a conversation between four voices (1 female and 3 male) inside an office canteen. I need a time stamp approx every 5 minutes into the audio file. Excellent command of the English language is crucial. Accuracy is very important. Turnaround time is 1-3 days max. The resultant text file will have a format something like:

Return format is MS Word .doc (not .docx)

I have multiple audio files that I want transcribed to text. These come from phone interviews and seminars. Each file is approximately one hour in length. I have quite a bit of work but will test your cost, speed, accuracy and turnaround with two one hour samples.
