I have a twitter application that is 90% developed. We need someone who is experienced in the Twitter API, highly skilled with Code Igniter and has great php skills. Our application is meticulously developed and is as lean of a scrip as possible. Whoever we end up chosing, it they are committed and work well then we can talk about a long term gig.

Don't bid unless you are an Code Igniter and PHP expert with knowledge of Twitter's API!!!

I need a twitter application where users can upload videos(youtube inclusive), images, post jokes.
It would be nice if their comments can be posted to BOTH twitter and facebook.

Please show examples of twitter application and facebook connect in your portfolio.

Create a Twitter application that allows the user to post to multiple accounts.
Must also integrate with bit.ly to track clickthroughs on links.
Integrating with a Twitter stream is not necessary. This is only a posting application, not an interaction program. The interface can be simple- this is for personal use.
The ability to schedule posts would be a bonus.

ding features (including integrating with facebook), possibly porting to Drupal, and creating an iPad/iPhone App. But the most important piece for now is just creating and implementing a full redesign to the current site. Please tell me realistically how long it would take you to do this and I really want someone who can do BOTH the Design and Programming.

I am looking for someone that already has experience with the twitter api to work on this project or has worked around the twitter api.

Once the script is updated to work again, there is a couple other features that I would like to add into it. So there is more work if this one is performed correctly.

my website. There is place for 10 - 20 tweets on the homepage. If another tweet is added, the first tweet will go into the ,,archive''. The archive is divided into categories. The tweet will be checked for words on which it can be automatically placed in the right category. Users can browse those categories and see the archived tweets. If an tweet is in the archive for 30 days, it will be deleted.

1) How do you plan to build traffic to my twitter site?
2) How do you measure success and project end time?

I currently get about 30 - 40 unique visitors. I want this project to be done as cheaply and as quickly as possible.

Notes:

--> I do not want to use Paid Services like Google Adwords
--> Methods that yield direct/quick traffic is needed

Also, the person I choose that does a good job, I will hire on another project for a series of banner images to be made.

Needing some basic changes needed to twitter application. You MUST have 3+ years experience in PHP/Mysql. I would like to have changes done to account registration to limit accounts based on performance.
