Android launcher icon  

I am looking for a simple Android Launcher icon in the standard sizes.

The application will be used to post pictures to a photo sharing website.

This icon is for medical application, The main requirement is that medical red cross should be clearly visible to give users feel of medical app.

My only two requirements are:
- that it adheres to these icon guidelines: http://developer.android.com/design/style/iconography.html
- that it is somehow related to documents, or document bundles, and digital signatures

I need the icon within 2 weeks, but quality is more important to me than speed of delivery. If you have an awesome portfolio and a busy schedule, I'm willing to wait longer.

If some custom font is used in the artwork, you should deliver the font to me as well. If that font is proprietary, you should also deliver the licence, which should allow this font usage in commercial applications without any problems. I will not carry charges for buying 3rd party fonts, so this is up to you.

I need some body that can build a very simple app for ios and android.

The icon will be provided and it will only have to launch a web view to a predefined url.

So it only is a link to an internet site.

I need development and make both apps available on the app store and android market for free download.

I need an android programmer that can create a launcher similar to ZEAM Launcher (Check the Android Market) with custom logo and wallpaper.
Also very light weight with little animation and it will have shortcuts pre-deployed.

This is for a custom android phone that is being designed.

The screen size if 800 X 480 and it runs google Android 2.3.4
