Im looking at going through amazon S3 for mass storage, but any advice for quick downloads and mainstream would be nice. i dont want any lag and hate when you have to pause then watch pause then watch.......make it to where once you buy the product it downloads to computer or other devices(mobile, ipads, alike ect...)

A user signs up, logs in, chooses the stream title, category, detail etc then He is provided by a unique rtmp address and stream name to broadcast. He simply broadcasts via Flash Media Encoder. A channel page is created for him. The whole system must have security. You should must be aware of real time messaging protocol (rtmp, its features, working and security measures.
