Google Adwords Expert Wanted For Ongoing Campaign

I'm looking for someone who knows Google Adwords inside out to run our campaign for us. We have been using Adwords for some time now but we don't have the expertise or time to optimise it properly.
Our website converts visitors well at around 4% overall currently, so if you can bring qualified buyers into the right pages then it should give us enough revenue to re-invest in further Ad Groups.
I propose to give the suitably qualified applicant a link to a range of products on our website that we would like to promote through Adwords. The applicant would then need to set up a campaign (or Ad Group) to promote the range. Keywords and negative keywords will need to be researched to suit the landing pages.
Naturally, we are looking for the highest possible total conversion value for the lowest possible click through cost.
This first small project is on a trial basis to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns but obviously we are happy to pay you for your time. If we like the results, then we will look to negotiate an ongoing contract for the full campaign.
