Video Conversion Progam for MOV to AVI or WMV format
Required skills: Java, Javascript, Microsoft, PHP, Software Architecture
I need someone to write a no frills utility that can convert .MOV files into either .AVI or .WMV.
I am truly not sure what skills will be needed to figure this out but I know it should be easy for someone with the right skill set.
Nothing fancy just something I can click on the .MOV file and have it render me out an .AVI or .WMV file with the same name and size (resolution not over all physical size) of the original video.
I have a bunch of these that I need to convert so I don't need anything fancy, just the ability to click and then have it quickly convert the file.
I know it's not a large deal, I also know that there are tons of programs out there that do just that but I want to see what you Freelancers out there can do for me.
The interface doesn't have to be pretty or at all complicated. Just need to be able to find a file on the local drive, click on it and have it do its thing.

Make it like the example, where it just shows the first video in the custom field, and then a link that says 'View More Videos' that, when clicked, will display the remaining videos.
Notes: I currently have a function in MnglCustomFieldsController that displays the output of the video custom field. It's called in profile.php under the placeholder video, and the call looks like this:
