Need Small Fixes for Contact Form (ASP)
Required skills: ASP, HTML, Javascript
The winner of this project is going to receive a zip file from me containing the site files. The winner will set up a test environment on his/her own server, hosting or computer to test his or her work. You are not going to be doing live work on this website, so I am not providing FTP information.
My site has a working contact form(written with .aspx file). This is an ASPX site. Your job is to do the following:
1. Make the following fields required: 1. Name 2. Email 3. Phone
2. Add google conversion code( I will provide this code, which is provided to me from google) to this page: “/contact/default.aspx?s=1” . This conversion code should be in the correct spot to track the users who submit the form.
3. Phone number field should auto-tab. In other words, currently, the user must type part of his/her phone number in a 3 digit box, and then click the next box and type the next part of his/her number, and then click the next box. When the user puts the phone number in, when having 3 digits(and 4 for the last box), it should autotab to the next box.
In other words, the user should be able to type his or her whole phone number in the 3 boxes without having to click anything on the form or press the tab button.
4. The form should generate an automatic reply(I will give the text for the reply to you) to the user that submitted the form saying that the form has been received.
This job must be done by Friday night Eastern United States Time

Need server side script created for contact form on flash website. Must provide help installing script on server. If PHP is used, must install and configure on server. I need a contact form building into a web page that will have 8 fields and will send the data to the server via CSV. The server operates via ASP. I need to deliver the project on Monday so I will need the coding by Thursday Night/Friday morning. I also don't have the web page built yet so I'll need to know how quickly it can be turned around.

Wordpress Plugin Contact Form
milar to existing plugins. Once contact form is saved a table will be created just for that form with fields that are the same as contact form fields.
Once the form is submitted the admin can view forms in admin sidebar with little numbers for new submissions. Once admin clicks on form the admin can then view/sort/delete/export form submissions on a per form basis.
