Optimize 3ds max models to papervision3d / away3d

Hi,
We have 3ds max files (1 model with 3 similar copy)
1 scene which we output to different collada dae and imported to pv3d and away3d however the results were not very good.
somehow the textures goes weird and are doublesided etc.
we need someone who has 3dsmax and knows collada and pv3d/away3d to help us export the 3dsmax files, optimise the export and import into away3d. The model must then be animable with flash tweeners. Some little enhancements (very small ones) to the scene are needed too.
this should be a quick job.

I have an AutoCAD 3d model (wireframe) that needs to be made into simple masses in revit and the taken into 3ds and create simple roads and surfaces similar to the attached jpeg.
The timeframe is 1 day
