Design-layout ideas for a web 2.0 interface

This is a study pre-project.

We are looking for ideas, probably someone very creative who can help us find a good design for a new web 2.0 interface we want to create.

We have a Windows (client-server) application that works with webservices, we want to re-create the user interface in web 2.0, but also want to evaluate and redesign the usability of it, this project is basically pre-selecting possible collaborators for a larger project.

So this is the dynamics:

1- please only experienced users bid, (please no bid spammers or basic/bulk web developpers), it is about design and usability.

2- You can bid up to $ 30 to be selected to create a sketch (Only users with good feedback), we will send jpg images of the system as we have it today, so you can create a sketch or layout of how you would create a graphical interface. NO NEED TO PROGRAM you can send jpg images with your idea.

3- We will select the best design and invite him/her to a next round project, also here in GAF, where we'll ask to create a much more detailed design, and you can quote accordingly.

Translate an Excel and text file for a web site. Excel file is ruffly 2800 words long and text file is 1080 words long. Translation is from English to the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Romanian, Persian, Thai, Indonesian, Malay and Turkish.
