Setup of PHP & MYSQL via Windows 2003 via Remote Desktop

Also when i turn on the firewall that comes with windows 2003 server, the firewall will not let my ftp users in even though I enabled ftp port etception etc.

The above scenario or a variant of the above occurs on a fairly frequent basis on both Windows 2003 IIS6.0 and Windows 2008 II7.0 and so if this works out ok we would be looking to use the chosen developer for future jobs as the go to person for other Windows server setups for other new clients who have bought Windows servers but haven't a clue how to configure them :-)

I need a programmer to log into my windows 2003 server and install and setup the server to host my web domain. I need to have mysql database and php functionality. Ongoing support may be required in the future. Programmer will be able to log into the server through remote desktop as an administrator to do the work.

We need to configure a new windows 2008 server we just purchased.
Setup requires installation and configuration of PHP and MySQL so server can support something like Joomla, Magento or any ohter software that requires PHP and MySQL to run. Mail server and FTP server need to be setup and configured.

ir XML syntax so it must be clear how to adjust this to the different scripts that will use the output.

I have a basic knowledge of PHP ans MySQL and work with Open-Realty for 4 years, coding simple addons and have written an addon myself that grabs all the necessary data from the database and displays it fine via Ajax. This code can be provided!

Please help me I got stuck with creating XML :(
