Need to convert 25 PSD files (pages) into a HTML Site

Need to convert 25 PSD files (pages) into a HTML Site and also intergrate a shopping cart:
- Small website consisting of 20 products.
- 25 psd pages need converting to html.
- Final template must look exactly the same as the original design.
- Needs to be intergrated with a suitable shopping cart and intergrated with our merchant provider which is Sagepay. Website is currently hosted on a windows server but can be changed to a linux server if needed for shopping cart.
- Shopping cart needs to be ecommerce and have two basic functions as follows: to have option for quick buy option as well as the option for the user to create an account for the buying process.
- We require an online form for clients contacting us.
- We require a function to allow clients to input their email address for newsletter signup.
- Must be cross-browser compatible (IE6 to IE8, FireFox, Safari, Opera, Google Chrome, etc).
- Clean Code Structure with special attention to page load optimization.
I will provide:
- PSD files
- A live site to test the website
We require:

- estimated time for completion of job.

Once you are awarded the project, I will give you access to a file share site where you can retrieve all the images and then upload your new converted jpg files.
Also, I will need the final psd 600dpi files placed on disk and mailed to me or placed on another files share that will allow me to download to a disk. (My file share is not large enough)
