Lithonica Website from Template (You ChangeTemplate)

I would like a website made from a Template-Monster Flash Template (http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/9330.html) I purchased: you would change, subtract or add the following:
1. Change all words in the intro animation leaving all the graphics as they are
2. Slow down the intro animation
3. Keep the intro sounds, and keep the navigation sounds but delete all the background music
4. All colors remain the same
5. All sizes remain the same
6. The atom animation from the HOME page gets removed
7. Navigation goes from five subjects to the following three: HOME, PORTFOLIO and CONTACT
8. Add text (I supply) and graphics enhanced to size (I supply) to the HOME page
9. The PORTFOLIO page will use the current EXHIBITIONS page formatting: meaning when one clicks on an image the user will be sent to that image’s webpage and the sidebar text that all EXHIBITIONS webpage images contain will show up.
10. When one clicks on a PORTFOLIO page image they will be taken to that image’s webpage with text as noted above. Additionally, more than one image may cycle through as a slide show effect.
11. Off the PORTFOLIO page there will be 27 image webpages as there are now on the current EXHIBITIONS page. I will supply 27 write ups – there will be no read more pages. And, I will supply all the images that go into the 27 images webpages. Only a few of the 27 image webpages will have slide shows. Most will only have one static image.
12. Finally, the CONTACT page will have a form that emails to me with: Name, Contact Info and Message boxes
13. Remove the privacy policy webpage
14. Add my logo and name to the template
15. Post website to my host
16. Provide the SWF, FLA and art work files zipped to my email
17. Provide a release of all artwork to me
18. Perform updates for an hourly or future agreed upon fee
19. Add basic SEO info, titles and page descriptions
20. Add Norton and McAfee authentication files to the Meta Tags
21. NO shopping cart; it's an information website
Timetable: two weeks from receipt of all artwork

Create Small Website From Template and Existing Material
implistic and my new template is fine in my opinion, it just needs finishing. I need each page of relevant seo spyglass content re-creating on my template including the video from www.seo-powersuite.com/seo-spyglass.html. The template includes a 4:3 video plug-in.
The template needs to be turned into a site which must be w3c compliant and be seo-friendly but not optimised as I will do this.
