DNS setting utility .exe for Godaddy

We do a large number of script installations for clients and would like to automate the setting of our client's DNS servers within Godaddy.
We would like a .exe created that we can call from the command line that can accept parameters as follows:
program.exe logfile userid password domain dns-server1 dns-server2
program.exe then logs in to the godaddy acct with userid and password and sets the dns servers to dns-server1 and dns-server2 respectively for domain
program.exe also needs to create logfile (if it doesn't exist) and write 'working' to the 1st line of it at least once per minute to tell our outside script that your .exe is alive. Once program.exe finishes it should write 'success' or 'failure' to logfile to tell our script it's finished and what the result was.
Godaddy has recently done some upgrades to it's back office so before you start coding (even an example) you may want to get a new godaddy acct to verify you are on their latest version.

Applescript/Perl/Unix to Change DNS setting in MAC OS

The script will have to be able to be complied into an application runable in Mac OS. Users will be able to click on the application and update his DNS setting or reset his DNS setting.
The script also have to be editable. I will need the source file. This is an easy and quick job.

I need someone who has LOTS of experience setting up reverse dns and ptr records in the .co.za domain space / tld.
Please ONLY apply if you have done at least 3+ Reverse DNS and PTR entries for .co.za domains.

setting up reverse DNS
