Simple .csv file splitter .exe

We are in need of a very simple .exe file splitter for .csv files that can be called from the command line like this
splitter.exe logfile inputfile splitnum
splitter.exe then begins to split inputfile into 'splitnum' parts. So if inputfile was test.csv and splitnum was 5 the program would create test-1.csv, test-2.csv test-3.csv test-4.csv and test-5.csv in the same folder as the program. IMPORTANT: the header line from the original inputfile must also be inserted into the final files
splitter.exe also needs to create logfile (if it doesn't exist) and write 'working' to the 1st line of it at least once per minute to tell our outside script that your .exe is alive. Once program.exe finishes it should write 'success' or 'failure' to logfile to tell our script it's finished and what the result was.
We would like to be able to process 100,000 record csv files with 20 fields (under 50 characters each) in under 1 minute if possible...we have other manual scripts that perform along those line.
We also have a lot of script installations to be done on an ongoing basis so if you also do script installs there could be a substantial amount of regular additional work available for you.

Simple Csv File Duplicate Row Removing Application
ill be the smaller database, and, Output.csv will be the results file. The results file will be Input2.csv, with the rows removed, which already have a matching record in Input1.csv.
That's it. I know this can be done with an Excel or Calc macro, but, since I'll often be using files that have more than 60,000 rows (this is the approx. limit on calc and excel) I prefer to just have a custom small application that will let me do this quickly on my computer.

Csv File Column/row Extractor
I have 5,000 .csv's. I need data from certain columns but the rest of the columns need to be deleted. Then the 1st row of the .csv needs to be deleted then saved as a new .csv (same name as original) in a location/destination I can select.
The input .csv files may have a different number of columns and rows but the column names I need are global/universal and 1st row is the same too. All of the output .csv's will now have all the info I need from each and the way I need it.

Import products & images into Magento site from a CSV file
I need urgently a way to import products & Images into a Magento site via a CSV file. I need to be able to import both simple and configurable products. Our products change regularly and we have too many to do it manually.

eBay CSV file template for use with Turbo Lister
Then I need to save the Excel worksheet as a CSV file and import it into Turbo Lister ready to upload.
I do have a simple template that I created myself, but since Ebay made some changes to their Item Specifics and Condition fields, I have not been able to upload due to file errors, despite the information being in the CSV file, in the format that Turbo Lister requires!
