Web service to write a Ms access database with Setup file
Required skills: .NET, C# Programming, IIS
We want a small program with following features .
A program to run on the system tray ( Background Process ) which should expose two web service to all applications to use it .
1) To append single record to Msaccess db . ( phone and messagetxt ) Example ( "96736543637" , "Demo of testing the webservice " )
2) To append Multiple records to Msaccess db .
The structure of Table is
Table Name : Messagetb
Messageno Number ( auto ) ( index field , unique )
Phoneno Text 15
Messagetxt Text 255
composedon datetime ( Record appended time ) .
msgstatus number ( 0 - pending , 1 - written to textfile , 2 - failed to write )
senton datetime ( textfile written date and time )
4) We should have background processor to read the messagtb for every n seconds for new records and write the new record to the text file ( for example 5 seconds ) .
and update the Messagedb status field as 1 and senton filed as present time .
5) When we click the logo on the system tray we must have option to display the messagetb in a grid and option to see the statics of no new records , records written in text file , In progress ,pending records .
6) We must have option of settings Tab for setting no of seconds for the timer to run the background processor .
7) The end user must be able to run a setup file given by us and the web service you have developed must be registered and available to all legacy application to use it .
8) There should be no conflicts when 2 or more legacy application use the web service to write the data in Messagtb . and when the program itself writes the new records to the text file and updates the status field .
9) A sample application to use the web service .
Should be developed in .Net 2.0 , C# with clear and neat oops concept .

One on the Web Page users will fill in their, First Name, Last Name, City, Special Number, and then submit. This will create the request so all information in the database pertaining to that person will populate their web browser in list view in "Read Only".

I need a program to update a MS Access database with MetaTrader 4 forex historical prices. The MS Access database will include 30 min and 4hour quote for about 20 currency pairs. I prefer this program written in VB6. Otherwise C+ is alright.

We need the same thing done for directory submissions, press release submissions, video submissions, forum profiles and comment, so from on the main project details screen it will have these as buttons which then links the info.
Basically this will aid our company so we know the exact submission stage for each site and so do our clients.
