Xtremetop100 Vote Bot

m looking for someone to make a vote bot that will vote on xtremetop100 changing ips each vote (using a proxy program built in or something) Xtremetop100 allows 1 vote per 12 hours so the vote bot will do a cycle every 12 hours. I know that Xtremetop100 uses ReCapcher and i am prepared to pay for DeCapcher which is an API which can attach to the program (sorry im not a coder so i dont know the terms) which will read the images and will solve the words.
Im sure this is a very easy project for an expirienced coder and i guess its a quick $ . contact me if you are interested.
