I need an installer made using INNO for 2 of my desktop applications.
I need you to load a custom DLL during the installer process as defined in this SDK, please review the INNO example inside the PDF.

In addition to loading the DLL during installation I need these basic options in the installer.

1. Work with Win XP, Vista and Win 7, request Admin rights..etc.

The two plugins I use are Executable PHP widget - to be able to use php in a widget and Get the Image in order to display a thumbnail.
Because I think it is a very simpel job for someone who knows how to code PHP for Wordpress the job pays an easy 30 dollars, paid inmidiatly after I have checked that the code supplied by you does what I want it to do.
