I am having trouble moving a joomla 1.013 site to a new server and I need some help. I've backed it up with joomlapak and installed it on the new server but it is not working correctly.

I need to move a wordpress site to a new server/url. I also need to upgrade it from WordPress 2.8.6 to the current version.

Hi this is a quick project for someone who can move my site to a new host .

i prefer to get it done today .

site is in PHP the db is around 17MB .

the last programmer had issues with some missing rows as he said so the new was not a complete copy of the old one . as he said the db is not done in an optimal manner .
