SIMPLE and Quick PHP to MySQL Text-Writing Script Needed

If so, here's a really *simple* PHP/MySQL script I need written...
***NOTE: I am attaching a .png diagram of the project; please review.***

ABSTRACT:
1. Admin writes and saves text to DB, preferably via input field on html page but can be via phpMyAdmin.
2. User visits different html page. Script registers page_visitor; displays Admin-entered text from database; accepts & stores new input from page_visitor; links it to userID for later display.
3. SQL commands necessary for setting up DB must be documented.

VALUES:
set of USERDATA (probably about 6 fields-- name, location, and a few other items)
plus...
SetNumber
DataNumber
InputNumber
(plus a couple of other DB columns)

LOGIC:
--BROWSER & SCRIPT CALL text of SetNumber01&DataNumber01 from DB
--SCRIPT FETCHES text from SetNumber01&DataNumber01
--BROWSER DISPLAYS text from SetNumber01&DataNumber01
---USER INPUT to textfield1 sets InputNumber01;
----USER hits Submit button
--SCRIPT WRITES InputNumber01 to DB
--SCRIPT INCREMENTS DataNumber01 to DataNumber02
There are a few other steps I've left out for proprietary reasons, but the entire script's logic is as easy and *simple* as this.
PLUS:
If you can call in and write a USERID from a separate DB on the same server, that'd be great!
So if you can write a script that does these SIMPLE things, and you want some quick and easy money, let me know how long it'll take you to write it and how much it'll cost! :)

Flash Data to PHP to MySQL Troubleshooting
e DB). But when the PHP file is called by the Flash movie, the data are not inserted. So, the problem is probably in the way the data are posted by the Flash movie and/or interpreted by the PHP file.
I need someone who knows Flash/AS3 well, and knows some PHP to check/modify the way the PHP file is called by the Flash movie and/or the way the data are passed to the PHP file so that the PHP file can parse it and insert it.

Simple 'send this page to a friend' script by nodepositlist
lly gave up when I couldnt find any to meet my needs. Basically all I need is a simple 'Send this page to a friend' script. I want it to automatically embed the URL of the page they want to send into the email (I run a reviews site, and I would have this script on the bottom of each review page). Mysql To Rss Converter Script

Import json to mysql using PHP script

The script sould find the already created record in mysql database and ad to the following filed the vales:

Input text goes outside the login box in IE and Mozilla Firefox browser.
It seems fine in Google Chrome and Safari but in IE8 and Firefox it goes out of box.
Please see screenshot. Need this fixed asap simple and easy.
