This is a simple job if you know what you’re doing with joomla and worked with virtuemart in the past.

Joomla/VirtueMart template theming (design, little code)

For example, the PSD graphics developed for the ONE Bistro/Restaurant theme shall be able to be changed later easily to develop "dark", "light" and other mood/color variations of the same template design by changing colors of the layers of these graphical elements.
