I've been hired to complete a project of a Joomla/JomSocial site with the express purpose of housing and connecting IT vendors with clients.
Scope:
Vendors would pay a monthly subscription to be able to receive requests for bids from Customers looking for various types of IT needs such as, Servers, Anti Virus, Wiring, Security, Site Monitoring, Etc. The Vendors would be able to have an account with a list of what they can do. When a client needs "Wiring", the closest vendors with "wiring" in their profile would get the request for bid.
My client already hired someone to build the site, and they started, but never completed it. He's asked me to provide a price to bring it to completion, and to working order. Quick Small Project Site 2

Design Updates to Existing Project Site

1) Add more updated design for each section -- design should be similar to a construction-like site
2) Add field so all members can ADD images to profiles
3) Add image section to bottom of home page (so images to member profiles can be added to home page)
This should be a relatively small project. We really would like someone very experienced for this project so that we can have this completed within 30 days.

IT firm site needs ASP programmer

-Needs an admin page to edit and add news, events and promotions. Each will have a description, photo and title. Must be simple for client to use.
