The one Logo is quite cute, with 3 Puzzle pieces. You would have to send us through 3 suggestions. This can be sent through in pdf (just a sketch) on how the flash Banner will look like.
The client must be able to make revisions. Then the client will choose from the pdf suggestion and you can compile the banner.
The Logos are Career Junction and Premier Assist. Both can be found on their websites. they are South African companies.

Dimension is 980X150. It has to be in gif and very light so it will load fast. I will provide the wording and the 4 templates.
I just need a nice transition effect from one banner to another.
The delay should be 2 seconds. from one banner to another.
If you know what you are doing, this shouldn't take more than 30minutes.
