3 Page Website Design (+ logo, favicon)

Hello,
I am a freelance developer with a side project that is currently at the stage where it needs a creative designer's touch. Please note that I am not looking for PSD slicing or other HTML/CSS work - I am only looking for a creative designer that can add professional look and feel to a typical developer-designed website. You will be required to deliver design in PSD (or any other graphic format) - just that.
My website is currently a freelance job aggregator for some of the most popular online marketplaces. It is basically a vision (personal or not) to provide a list of all available freelance job offers combined with some powerful filtering, alert and notification mechanisms - in a single website/place. Therefore, keywords are:
freelance, jobs, outsource etc.
This job will require you to:
1) Design a brand-new logo.
2) Design 3 page website (see attached layout files with comments).
3) Design original favicon (not just some re-sized website/logo part).
Website is called "roLance" and has nothing to do with Romania :-). It is more of a "robot for freelancers" (maybe you should keep that in mind for logo design). A working development version can be located at:

(You will need to authenticate with username "test" and password "test123")
You will find most of my requirements and other details for website design in attached layout files. One more thing I would like to add is that I am the guy who likes simplicity (ala Google/Mac style). So please, no dark backgrounds and no complex and unnecessary design elements (like some kind of photos) are required. Since this website is not too overly complex (3 pages) and so I should mention what I expect: I am obsessed with polish and proper positioning, I will not torture you with this of course, but looking for someone who has the same thing in mind.
