Non Profit Youtube Videos needed

I need someone to make me about 12 videos created with pics that I have, and or videos that you may have as content. We help with poverty and natural disaster response. not a huge budget but this should not be hard. I will also provide music for these videos (or tell you the songs) and I will need text on the photos, between the photos.. along with our logo either at the beginning or end.. or both.. which I will also provide.
I am also interested in a cheap flash game and cheap flash polls for those to take to put on the site, please let me know if you can do this with a very small budget. It's something "extra" but we would like to have it.
If you have a good voice, I would also like some of the videos voiced..

Non-profit website prototype needed
like a fully functioning website, links would be there, so would a couple donors, entrepreneurs,blog entries but the user would not be able to go anywhere. For example clicking on the link to donate would not do anything.
