I am developing an eCommerce website using PrestaShop.
I am looking for someone to use the designed pages to develop a theme. I want to be able to install the theme, just as any other PrestaShop theme.
I will add all functionality to the website myself. It's just the themes that I'm not knowledgeable about.
Below is what I need from you :

This is a small project, already created prestashop template to fix with IE browser compatible view with CSS which is already fine with Firefox and Google Chrome.
And the site template to validate with W3C CSS and HTML.
