Required skills: CMS, Website Design
Please see attached file. The database if required will be another project but you will need work with them to get the website completed. I don't want to go much above $ 1500 since I have designed the layout, style, etc of most of the pages and you will simple need to be able to create the website, CMS and the functions I've requested. I will favour bids below $ 1500 but will also consider the quality of your bid (questions and comments) and profile. I am looking for a professional finish and would like the website quickly (give me a realistic time frame, ask questions if you need more information get give me a better indication of the time frame.
I have the layout, files and CMS of our old website which has similar content that was created just recently but we have changed it. This is not up loaded but may be of some assistance for your development.

There will be different fields which will be required to be filled in by the users. I will need the source code for future maintenance.
