Mantis Bug Tracking Fix

We have Mantis bug tracking software installed and we would like to customize the Main menu section of Mantis and have the ability to add News to it.

Sales Category selected ---> Automatically "Resolution" (used for IT) is hidden and I see custom (or could be basic) field: "Phone number"


I don't want this modify to screw up other sections of the application, if possible.

IMPRORTANT!! It must integrate with the security of our phpfox site. We can't have two logins. the tenderapp does this.

This will be a system used in house for our time tracking of our producers, and also to allow our clients to login and report bugs.

The "client" and "projects" should be the same info used for the bug-tracking reporting and timesheet reporting.

Hi, small and easy bug to fix today.

bug description:

One static image will not show on one page , when username did fill up is profile....i guess a simple validation will fix this.

i will upload files, no ftp provided.

im available via yahoo and msn messenger to transfer file.

Check the example in attachment comparing with iPad and with a regular web browser. You can see that there is a display bug on iPad on scrolling.

When an operator signs in and go's "online" for live chat sessions, the icon on the homepage stays displayed as "offline" and I cannot figure out why...I think its a bug in the software for HCL....please help if you can! This is urgent!
