CAD plans and renderings  

Hi I have some CAD plans that require some adjustments as we decided add additional room . Need some help from an interior designer who can do this work with creativity and quickly.

or our office. I attached an actually state of the place. Is around 30 sqm and we'd like a 6 workstation like open-space and a balcony that cover only the half of the space to have a meeting area. Is an flexibility stage so we need only cad plans and eventually if you consider useful an interior render. We also need a small toilet with wc and wash hand.

We give the project only to certificated architects or interior designers .

draw cad designs and Manufacturer a consumer product. Product is smaller than a micowave in size. Its currently on the market already, but I need enhancements added and Manufacturer to make and supply me.

u. We will need to be able to talk with you about some changes that need to be made. We have three immediate items and more in the future. If you have furniture design experience and can develop CAD specifications sufficient for manufacture, please respond. You will be quoting on the production of the specifications for three wood chairs and need to include time to revise the drawings several times with minor tweaks in the design as the ultimate customer dictates.

The sample finished images are from a different product and should not be confused as to how they apply to this house. They are for reference so you can see what I am looking for as a finished product.
