Our client is currently recruiting for a Lead 3D Animator / Visualiser for their offices in Sydney, Australia.
The successful applicant for this role will be required to create visually inspiring and creative animations for high-profile world-leading Architectural clients.
For this highly skilled role we are searching for a senior 3D animation specialist. You will possibly have experience in movies and will able to produce best quality fully photo-realistic animations.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience with architectural works in the past whether for architectural visualisers or within their movie experience. You will have the ability to progress concept designs at speed and to a very high quality.
You must be passionate about making the highest quality imagery, be a strong problem solver and an affective communicator.
As a member of the animation team you will develop concept designs in to reality, working closely with the Art Director to ensure that the client's vision is achieved.
You will have a passion for all areas of your work including; lighting, texturing and animating and you will have a strong sense of light and colour composition.
You will have technical knowledge of V-Ray rendering software and associated 3D applications and you will have experience of animation pipelines within large scale animation development productions, including modelling optimisation skills.

get done in a day. Actual delivery dates/milestones would be something we discuss during our first conversation. While I'm sure we'd both love to hit an animation home run off the first pitch, I'd plan for a little iteration time. Brutal, impacting animation is key to this project and it may take us a little time (but hopefully not too much time) to find the violent voice of the characters.
