this app multiple times a year, so the opportunity for ongoing work with the app is a real possibility for the successful contractor.

It is not a very complicated app, so I don't expect it to be a huge project. I can provide more details upon signing a non-disclosure / non-compete agreement. This is for everybody's protection, since we will be providing source code to the winning bidder.
