Need to port the Ron Paul iPhone App to Android

Hi guys,
I am the creator of the Ron Paul iPhone app. The app has has news, economics, video, and audio that comes from RSS feeds, user chat, Ron Paul's Facebook fan page with user functionality, Ron Paul's twitter, and a few mobile website pages. I would like to port this app to the android platforms. I do not have much money, and I have no idea how much work is involved in a port like this. However, if you are interested in the project, I am willing to share my current binary with you and my custom content, and let you own and distribute the app if you are willing to do the port for free. I am not interested in making money or owning the app as much as I am interested in getting the app to as many mobile platforms as I can. I do have a couple hundred bucks to spend but that's really it. By the way, the app is really popular in the iTunes app store. It is in the Top 5, 10, and 15 for almost every related keyword, and I get tons of requests from android users for the app. So if you think about it, you could potentially make a lot more money or at least own a hugely popular app if you are willing to do the coding for free.

I need an iPhone app that will access an existing web page. There will be an inital login page then the main page. There will be 3 graphs one will be the default and 2 others will be optional that will need to be displayed one at a time along with some detail information. Winning bid will have access to existing site to view the current php/js/json code.

I need an Iphone app to stream my online radio.
Nothing complex, just a way for iphone users to listen through their iphone.
I also intend the app to include "Now Playing", "Share on Facebook", "Tweet" of the currently playing songs.
