Project Goal:
To secure a quality economical SEO/SEM service provider to help my Website with: a) an increase in site traffic by 40%; b) first page presence on top 3 search engines; c) a significant improvement in Google page rank; d) the acquisition of at least 700 new paid signups; and e) social marketing presence (Facebook fan page?)
Project Scope:
I have a sports betting advice website (American Pro Football) which is about 7 years old, serving in a multi-billion dollar industry, and I am in need of an experienced SEO or SEM expert to examine my site, give me professional feedback and provide:
1) FIRST page search results on Google, Yahoo, Bing (Canada, USA, and UK/EU) for site keywords/phrases
2) Enough site exposure to generate at least 700 new paid sign ups (out of the 15-20 million potential clients out there!)
3) Need an increase in site traffic by 40%
4) Increase in Google Page Rank (Right now main page is 3, I would like to see 6)
5) Social media promotion: Facebook page with large relevant fan base
I would like to see results before July 15, 2010 – or close. Results and ranking must be PERMANENTLY in place - well after project completion. Proven results will get you other pending similar work I have later.

I am only looking for a PROVEN and SKILLED SEO/SEM provider to obtain Page One Google, Yahoo, and Bing results for my Website keywords. Since this is already an established site, what is lacking is excellent search engine visibility with top rankings (for site relevant keywords)! My site used to rank high for several keyword phrases – but lost this in the last 2 years.
I can provide you with a list of several keywords / search terms or find it on site. You must feel confident in your ability to achieve Page 1 rankings on Google, Yahoo, and Bing for most of the keywords/ phrases. You can view the list... and then decide whether you are capable of achieving the Page 1 search rankings before bidding. Keywords / phrases can also be found in my Website's Keyword tags.
Please clearly note: This is a content managed site (CMS)... I am not looking to have site content re-written - all site content is written by subject matter experts, however, I could implement some recommended changes which may affect key word density, provided such changes do not, in my opinion, compromise the quality of the content or the overall site quality (i.e. I could change titles, descriptions, keywords, and select content for some changes – if absolutely required).

If you do not achieve a Page 1 Google ranking for an exact match of one of the terms (keywords / phrases) specified, you will not be entitled to, nor will you receive, any payment in any amount or form. As well, if there is no verifiable site page rank increase, or acquisition of at least 700 new client sign ups (paid), or increase in site traffic by 40% - payment will not be made.
