d custom home builder requires a home designer with valid Ontario BCIN certification.

We have several semi-completed plans (custom homes 4000-5000sqft) in AutoCAD (DWF) and Chief Architect X2 format that require modification and completion to Ontario code for permit applications. Plans are approximately 50-70% complete.

Project needs urgent completion, within weeks not months.

Please reply with hourly rate or bid per completed plan.

I have a set of 29 autocad files that need to be be finished in an illustration package. The purpose of the project is to provide plans that, while based on accurate Autocad Drawings, are given a conceptual feel. These are land-use plans that cover a large area at an varying scales of 1:60000 to 1:200000.
