Live Video Streaming
Required skills: AJAX, C# Programming, C++ Programming, MySQL, PHP
I would like to have a website just like livestream.com but in Spanish. Also there should be a way that we can add ADS just like regular commercial on TV. A way in which our client can plug in their ADS when they go on break. Easy to setup for our client and also be able to do live streaming. It should have everything in spanish.
1) If our clients has more than one camera there should be a way manipulate so they can use them on the same live streaming.
2) We need to be able to display 2 different ways to display ADS during a live video streaming and during a pre-recorded video. Also Premium clients should be able to display their sponsors ADS aswell.
3) There should 2 places where we can place ADS on the side of the page (Squared, not to take to much place but near the video player so it can be seen while watching the video) where they change every 15 secs.
4) Please remember that it needs to have the same exact functionality as www.livestream.com.
****It needs to be completed by Early July.******

We want a live video streaming website. Examples are Ustream.tv , Justin.tv and Freedocast.com . You'll be required to do full programming of website and to remove any bugs afterward.
