I need a good design for my website. there are 2 pages on website. NO programming is necessary, only good designing skills. I will give Some example websites which design I like so that you have idea.

Website has some programming in it - input fields, buttons ,etc. therefore your design has to integrate nicely with them.
Buttons also needs designing.

we used phplist but changed this into oempro.

so we need to have all the links as the first link on top, is a click-able div, because oempro uses forms instead of links to subscribe/unsubscribe

Layout must have header with 1 banner, and menu /horizontal or vertical + footer + banner.

and the 7 mailing list , not like now but for the oempro system.

Need logo for new website. Logo should be in 2 forms.
Bigger form for website header on all pages.
Smaller form for web address field.

I don't have any pre-decided design. You need to be creative.

I am looking for crisp, professional examples of past work.

The logo will consist of the website name and an icon. I will provide the name and specifics at the time a bidder is chosen.

Once I have selected a bidder, I would like 3-4 design mockups and then will choose one to be further developed. I expect a reasonable number of revisions if necessary.
Final logo design package will be provided in various print/web ready graphic formats.

This one needs to be transparent, the same size as the default image there now and just say "Box-Breaks" in the same theme as the other images.

Quotation marks are not needed and there to separate the phrases only.
