Here is the thing, we have a website ((gggfirm dot com / 3 / contact.htm)) and in there we have a special contact page.
If you fill the form correctly it will redirect you to a blank Thank You page that says this

Php Form W/ Dynamic Thank You Page
sed on form information. I also need the coupon thank you page to display a voided coupon if a person goes to the page without filling out the form. To sum up, the form needs to do the following (see attached):
1. Collect basic info, including what coupon they want
2. Verify information

Setting up my aweber to pass info to a thank you page
er email system. I would like to set up the page so that it will pass the email info from the squeeze page to the thank you page where it will autopopulate another form. Aweber has an option to do this, as well as my affiliate program has an option to receive this information, I just can't figure out how to set it up. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I was thinking to make this coupon available for a maximum of 2 or 3 friends per order/thank you page.
The fixed amounts of the bonus points must be editable in the admin.
