Java screen recorder for Windows (no GUI needed)

I need a Java screen recording application that will meet the following requirements:
- *** Capture 12+ frames per second (FPS) even on slow machines (512mb RAM) ***
- JVM 1.5+ compatibility
- No GUI necessary
- No mouse flicker
- Use JNI if necessary
- Either save directly as .mov or save series of JPEG images
A user interface is not necessarily needed, as it will be integrated into another project. I just need to be able to test it out to make sure it meets the above requirements.
