I need to create a website with video content, based on Joomla with the following features:
1. Video gallery should be like the one on www.rutube.ru (including video scrolling and description);
2. User's profile with some information about each registered user;
3. Video broadcast should be in mp4;
4. Video downloading should be in two formats: mp4, 3gp;
5. Video uploading (only by admin) should include conversion from most popular formats MP4, AVI, WMV, FLV to mp4 and 3gp.
