how to send data back to sql table from excel using c#.net

Hi,
i have a sql server 2005 database and lot of tables.
I want to insert and update the data of sql from excel. when user trying to close the excel
or save the excel it will ask the question and save the chages in sql table where it came from,
not in the local maching as .xls file. I can retrieve the data from sql to excel. But i have to
send the data back to sql with the changes if any, from excel sheet.
This is my problem.
Can you help any one to solve this problem.

Example: sitekiosk balance is stored locally, user visit page x with paid service - balance needs to be transfered from sitekiosk to page X. If the js doesn't wait for confirmation that the balance is transfered, the user can end up with balance 0 in both sitekiosk and page X
