I need a php script to import catalog data (products categories, attributes) from one Magento shop to another Magenta shop using API.

Experience with Magento necessary.

It's a fairly easy stuff so I expect a competitive price. For a successful programmer I will have more and bigger jobs.

The script shhould work with new msn live too.

You will have to make the script work on our server/ftp as we have got a similar script from someone earlier but it is not working when uploaded to our server although we have fulfilled the requirements as they were told to us by programmer.

I need a simple PHP script to upload CSV files to mySQL.

I can do it with PHPmyAdmin but I'd like a faster method.

The format of my import files is always the same. I just want a Browse Button to select the file and and Import Button to do the rest.

1) The return array needs to be normalized so that regardless of provider, the addresses can be easily integrated into our application.

2) error handling is clear and understandable. connection is not established or userid/password is wrong then relevent error should be there in an array.

During the import process I would like the script to detect any duplicates(some options with skip, clone, overwrite) in the database. For more info you can check ZOHO CRM importing feature. Especially, check the steps.

The data that will be imported will be names, street addresses, phone numbers and email address etc.

th vielerets adn refine its queries until it can pull all of my office listings and photos, then create a cron job to run this import daily. I have access to the RETS server and all relevent info you may need as well as standard RETS formatting, etc and can catch you up to speed to where I am. These are easy programs with graphical interfaces, but an also be edited via their PHP files, I just need someone to mess with it for me and get it done.

I expect a PHP solution using Zend GData library is probably the easiest approach. Feel free to propose others.
