Magento credit card payment module with key for easy install

I am looking for magento expert who can develop for me credit card payment module.
I have all the documentation needed.
The module must work perfect with my credit card gateway company.
Has to look good on ie6/ie7/FF/GC.
I have PHP code example for the webserivce call(so the real deal(thing) is to develop the look in the frontend and connect it to the backend not the webserivce call ).
1. I need this module ready in 6 days ( the code need to be simple so i can translate the code )
2. Developing this module as pack for future installation in other magneto
system(installing it and have and admin to put only the data need so other people could use it).
has to include file for translations that will be simple to change.
3. All i want is to use this with the magento extension page ( key ) for easy install.
My budget is 300$ -400$

Joomla payment Module
on form with encripted credit card number part stored in the joomla DB and part emailed. Similar to how virturmart does offline credit card processing.
There are a few credit card payment modules for RSMembership, however they are for payment gateway API's like paypal etc.
